These are the questions ask by our customers and hopefully we can save your time from getting the reply from us. We will constantly update new questions asked by our customers. Maybe you can find some funny questions to make your day too. 

SHIPPING INQUIRIES

  • I have not received my item for more than a week, can you check for me?
    ANS:Please do stay patient with us as we proceed on with few checks and recommendations.

SINGPOST NORMAL MAIL: usually takes around 3 - 7 working days for delivery excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday, but in some cases whereby there are delay by Singpost, it may takes longer than usual to be delivered (Maximum 15-21 working days/3 weeks). We will also try to check on our side based on the order number and reconfirm with our delivery courier on its delivery status.
REGISTERED MAIL: You can easily trace your postage through the tracking code with the deliver courier company that you have opt for if it’s a registered mail.
*RECOMMEND: OPT FOR REGISTERED FOR BETTER SECURED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING CODE TO TRACE

 

Exchange & Refund

  1. Hi, I have purchased an wrong item, would like to exchange for the item that I wanted, how can I do so?
    ANS:Feel free to contact us to make an arrangement within 7 days. Our exchange and refund policy is ONLY covered for 7 days. Refunds or exchange will NOT be liable after the 7th day of receiving the item. We will also ONLY accept items that is unused and in the same condition just as we sold and mailed out for exchange and return.
  2. Faulty items upon receiving postage, what to do?
    ANS:Take a photo and send to us ASAP, we will follow on and make appropriate arrangement with you. However, be assured that this usually will NOT happen because we always check our items carefully before it’s been mailed out.

 

Confusion On Using of Items:

  1. Hi, I do not know how to use the item that I have purchased from you, can you guide me?
    ANS:We will always be available to offer guidance to our users whom may have difficulties in using, AND do be assured that our items are definitely user-friendly.

Customization OR Bulk Order:

  1. I would like to purchase a item of yours in bulk (e.g 10 and above) or items customized, how shall I proceed on?

ANS: Feel free to drop us a email or leave a message behind through our Website, and we will get back to you ASAP to make further arrangement with regards to your bulk order or customization order.

 

Warranty:

  1. I have purchased powerbank outside, it always get faulty and I have to waste money to get a new one again. Do yours come with warranty for powerbank?
    ANS: Hi, we are pleased to inform you that we offers you a complimentary 6 months warranty upon purchase of our powerbank. As long as it’s not man-caused damage to the powerbank, we are willing to do a replacement for you. Feel free to contact us and provide us with your order number or more information for further arrangements on replacement. Do take note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage during the delivery of postage, if it is NOT registered mail. 

  2. My USB cable is faulty, is warranty covered for USB cable?
    ANS: Hi, we are pleased to inform you that with purchase of our USB cable, it comes with a complimentary warranty of 6 months. Do contact us with your order number for further arrangement on replacement.

Other Options of Delivery; Self-Collect

  1. Hi, do you have a physical store or office whereby I can self-collect the item to save the delivery time and fees?

          ANS: Hi, we do have a office whereby you can self-collect the item, but do take                 note that self-collection arrangement have to be made at least 1 working day in                 advanced, in order for us to have sufficient time to prepare the item.
